We are primarily an architectural consultancy specialising in the preparation of planning/building regulation applications. These range from small domestic extensions right through to large residential schemes along with commercial, industrial and educational projects. Having years of experience, we offer an established and professional yet friendly consultancy with a proven track record of successful planning and building regulation approvals. Paul Matthews Architectural is a small organisation with minimal overheads, this enables us to provide a cost effective and personal service, offering great value to our clients. We are able to provide tailored packages to suit each individual project/client. Our architectural services may include:-

• An initial site meeting to evaluate clients requirements and feasibility
• Site measured surveys to produce scaled architectural plans
• Formulation of proposed plans/design
• Liaison with clients prior to formal planning submission, negotiations with planning authorities (and other relevant professionals (such as conservation departments, English heritage, Local Authority highways and transport consultants, structural engineers, acoustic consultants, quantity surveyors, energy consultants, etc))
• Submission of Building Regulation applications
• Obtaining tenders and quotations from suitable principle contractors including analysis of tenders and quotations received from principle contractors • Administration of construction contracts
• Site meetings/progress reports
• Project management of works

We can take projects from inception through to completion or tailor our services to individual clients requirements, no two projects are the same but we ensure all our projects are given the same attention and enthusiasm.
