This proposed garage required sympathetic design due to the setting and proximity to the dwelling.
The client required a substantial garage without it overly impacting on the small garden, also taking into account the close proximity to the host dwelling. A simple rectangular detached garage would have detracted from the dwelling.
We designed a compact garage to reduce the impact upon the host dwelling, yet providing the required floor space for our client and being aesthetically pleasing.
